Dummies have straps front and back. Dummies have side loops for attaching to a Heavybag, or for keeping Gi in place for continuous throwing. With special harness, can be hung like a Heavybag for striking techniques. The legs are strong enough to support the dummy so you can step in for throws or sweeps, but will bend for ground work. Release the tension and they will return to the original position. Wrists are downsized for handcuffing techniques. Great for less lethal balistics training		Floor stand for Police model. Note: Heavier is not necessarily better. Many Judo schools prefer sixty-pound Big Blue because it enables students to do repeated throws, working on speed and technique, until they are exhausted. Many customers, not knowing what dead weight actually feels like, have ordered 100 pound or more training dummies and were disappointed. They had difficulties during practice and wished they had ordered lighter versions.
